Here’s a collection of FX work I did for fellow classmates while at Vancouver Film School.  I made a quick candle effect using Maya 3D Fluids for Conrad Ho’s reel, which made it to the VFS School Channel on YouTube. Congratulations Conrad!

I also created smoke and flames for Hannan Wong’s missile smoke trail as his character fires upon an alien invader.

And for SJ Park, I animated the after burner flames of his futuristic spaceship.  Also working on this shot is classmate Shivas Anthikkat, for the outdoor matte painting.
